Sylvester hails from Castlebar and has a wealth of experience in the Irish recruitment industry, particularly in the West. Dawn holds a Masters degree in Marketing and is a native of Westport. She has worked in the recruitment industry at a senior level for a number of years both in Dublin and the north west of Ireland. Dawn has managed recruitment projects for both national and multinational companies in various industries.
