Building Materials Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:-

Department Development:

To develop Building materials in terms of Product range, innovative practices, visual presentation and Sales performance. To grow customer base of Contractors & tradesmen.
Sales performance:

To work with Sales team to achieve overall Sales targets & margins.
Buying & Selling:

To buy & sell the company’s merchandise in line with company policy and established procedures.

Customer Focus:

To ensure customer service levels in Shop & Stores meet & exceed customer expectations. All pricing negotiations with customers preserve overall Sales & Margin performance whilst applying some discretion and flexibility. Manage Credit Accounts in line with company policy.


To comply with company procedures to ensure no unavoidable losses of Stock; Cash; keys or documentation.
