Our client is seeking a Duty Manager to join their team.
To oversee the smooth running of all departments daily and to liase with all department heads.
- To carry out all management duties as per the agreed standards.
- To take control and responsibility for Management shifts.
- To oversee the smooth running of all departments.
- To manage the allocated functions and banquets in the hotel.
- To be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
- To assist with the training of employees where necessary.
- To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health & Safety of employees and guests.
- 2-3 years experience in a 4* Hotel
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills
