Hotel Receptionist required for busy hotel.

Our client is currently looking to hire a Full Time Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Role:

  • Checking-in and out of guests
  • To ensure all guests receive a warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and throughout their stay
  • Receive cash and credit card payments
  • Answering telephones & making reservations
  • Handling guest needs and special requests.

The person:

  • Previous Hotel Reception experience essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong people skills and able to multi task
  • Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
  • Be flexible and available to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Fluent English is essential
