Hotel Receptionist required for busy hotel.
Our client is currently looking to hire a Full Time Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Checking-in and out of guests
- To ensure all guests receive a warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and throughout their stay
- Receive cash and credit card payments
- Answering telephones & making reservations
- Handling guest needs and special requests.
- Previous Hotel Reception experience essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong people skills and able to multi task
- Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
- Be flexible and available to work all shifts including evenings and weekends
- Fluent English is essential
