Position Overview

This position is responsible for leading and managing the effective implementation and integration of HR Workday Management System.  The role is also responsible for implementing a Time and Attendance System.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the end to end project lifecycle of the implementation of HR Workday Management System  and the Time and Attendance System on time and within budget;
  • Identify and manage stakeholder expectations;
  • Communicate and provide regular updates and detailed reports to key stakeholders;
  • Responsible for testing and configuration of HR Workday Management System;
  • Work with Compensation & Benefits Manager, site HRM’s and EEA HR Team on collating data for project team and project timelines;
  • Lead identified teams in the design and delivery of the Workday solution;
  • Develop training material for HR Workday Management System implementation as required;
  • Design and deliver training of HR Workday Management System to key stakeholders;

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years HR Project implementation experience;
  • In depth knowledge of HR Workday Management System and Time and Attendance Systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects;
  • Experience with change-management, creative-thinking and process improvement skills;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3 – 5 years relevant Project Management and HR system experience in a multinational environment.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Third level qualification in a HR, Business or IT discipline.
