Sales Office Administrator Junior – Castlebar

Our client in Castlebar is looking for a recent graduates with 1-2 years experience to work in a new start up company in Castlebar. This role is office based and the candidate will cover Accounts / Admin / Sales & Marketing.

Main duties include providing administration support to the sales team, dealing with customer queries, liaising with sales team in reaching company targets, general reception duties.


  • Ability to ascertain and understand project scope and requirements and present pre-agreed solutions.
  • Create, build and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Identify new projects and new opportunities.
  • Ability to deal with ‘Technical Queries’ and propose solutions to customers.
  • Commercially aware with negotiation and sales skills.
  • Motivated, Results Driven, Dynamic
  • Capable of building positive working relationships both internally and externally with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to win the trust and confidence of customers.
