Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in South Mayo.

Job Description:

  • Providing full reception & administrative support
  • Typing reports
  • Ordering Office stationary & maintaining office supplies
  • Filing both manually & Electronically
  • Answering busy phone in a professional manner, taking phone messages
  • Ad-hoc office duties

The ideal Candidate should possess the following criteria:

  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal
  • Computer literate
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
