Production Supervisor

Overview

Production Supervisor required for our client in Mayo

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise the production, storage and dispatch of products
• Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are maintained
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance
• Keep up to date with new products and techniques
• Order ingredients, equipment and supplies
• Manage staff rotas and holidays
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage stock and ordering

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
• High School Diploma; additional degree in engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus
