Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with previous commercial building experience with main contractors for the greater Dublin area for projects including extend buildings, healthcare, industrial and leisure.

Responsibilities & Criteria:

  • Minimum Degree qualification or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Obtain quotes for tenders
  • Ability to conduct effective negotiations and management of accounts and cash management
  • Experience working with a main contractor on large scale commercial building projects
  • Enthusiastic, motivated individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals
  • Possess ability to work well as part of a team and independently
