Production Supervisor - Mayo

Reporting to the Production Manager you will support the day to day management of staff to ensure an effective production operation and a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities will be

• Achieve production targets
• Meet customer requirements within agreed lead-times
• Achieve efficiency targets
• Responsible for yields and quality levels
• Manage absenteeism and timekeeping
• Responsible for Operator training and discipline
• Maintain good standard of housekeeping

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Qualification in Supervisory management or equivalent would be an advantage
• Flexible with a hands on approach
• Knowledge of HACCP and food industry an advantage
• Ability to work shift is essential
• Good communicator with fluent English
• Dependable and reliable
• Basic Mechanical & Electrical knowledge an advantage
• Computer literate
