Accounts Administrator

Position: Accounts Administrator

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • Maintain creditors accounts
  • Daily Lodgements
  • Daily Sales and Reconciliations
  • Process high volumes of invoices, scanning them onto the accounts system
  • Ensuring accounts are reconciled
  • Monthly Statements
  • Dealing with customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc admin duties


The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 1-year accounts administration experience
  • Have experience with an accounts package
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Have excellent computer and communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
