Agri Assistant Manager
- To actively support Sales processing, Counter & Stores customer service and related Systems and marketing functions.
Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure all customers are served without delay, in a courteous manner and sales/returns dockets processed in line with company policies. Assist Department Head with Credit Control functions.
- To develop & maintain your product knowledge levels.
- Assist team to ensure all goods ordered from Suppliers are Purchased Ordered on system in the correct manner.Work with fellow Shop/Stores staff to ensure all Supplier Shop deliveries are checked thoroughly for accuracy to Supplier’s paperwork and saleable condition of goods. Report any discrepancies immediately to supplier. Assist inputting Supplier deliveries on system and follow up Credit Requests with suppliers when applicable.
- Become familiar with Purchase ordering, product file maintenance, Shelf edge label printing, Receipting of Goods into stock via computerised Purchasing system and point of sale operating procedures.
