Business Development Executive

Arcon Recruitment is currently seeking to expand its team and is seeking a Business Development Executive.

Your role will primarily involve new business development but will also encompass growing existing accounts. You should bring a proven track record within recruitment or selling services into a relevant target market and a track record of target achievement. You will have good influencing skills and the ability to generate prospects and opportunities through various channels, benefitting from strong management and marketing support.

Role

Responsibility to acquire quality and targeted new business
Input to business development plan
Proactive generation of leads and contacts
Utillisation of existing client and contact base to generate referrals
Increasing the awareness of the company via networking and attendance at relevant industry and business events
Recommendation of relevant marketing initiatives
Follow up on opportunities and formulation of proposals with Managing Director

Skills/ Experience

Proven new business development/sales experience in recruitment or professional services
Contacts and experience gained in targeting relevant sectors
Knowledge Irish and UK job markets
Cross selling and account management ability
Can demonstrate results and achievements
Strong face to face sales experience
