Sales Administrator

Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales Division. An excellent opportunity to join a progressive and dynamic company in Co. Mayo


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Sales account management
  • Customer management and support
  • Pricing pallets/crates using bespoke pricing programme
  • Making/taking sales calls and dealing with all client e-mail queries
  • Reporting using CRM Database and keeping same updated
  • Various monthly sales reporting using Excel
  • Minuting internal meetings
  • General day to day running of office
  • Holiday cover for logistics
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties


Skills and Experience:

  • Primary Qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline desirable
  • Proven ability to identify and exploit new sales opportunities with potential customers
  • Strong commercial awareness of business dynamics
  • Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
