Overview
Our client, a multinational manufacturer, is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, to join their established team in Co. Mayo
Key responsibilities:
- Provision of professional customer service to national and international customers
- Review customer technical requirements, pricing and issuing of quotations
- Liaising with Quality, Production and Engineering personnel on Advance Quality Planning reviews
- Sales order entry, order acknowledgement, expediting orders and processing of COC’s, despatch notes and invoices
- Stock management and production planning
- Purchasing finished products and subcontract processing
- Liaison with key material suppliers and Logistic operators
- Generation of reports – report and spreadsheet preparation
Key Requirements
- Native German Speaker
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills including MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to liaise cross functionally, with varied levels of seniority
